摘要
目的分析血液透析治疗老年慢性肾衰竭临床疗效。方法抽取我院(2018年2月至2019年7月)收治的60例老年慢性肾衰竭患者开展研究,分析病例资料,以不同的治疗措施作为分组依据,将60例患者分为对照组与观察组。对照组30例采用药物治疗,观察组30例采用血液透析治疗,对比两组血清指标、生化指标、并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者血清指标、生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者C反应蛋白、白细胞介素、核因子κB抑制蛋白指标水平分别为(1.99±0.28)mg/L、(3.02±1.10)pg/mg、(1.55±0.35)ng/mL,均低于对照组的(3.55±0.78)mg/L、(3.68±1.11)pg/mg、(1.99±0.24)ng/mL,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白、总蛋白水平分别为(557.87±104.11)μmol/L、(20.30±14.18)mmol/L、(87.05±4.11)g/L、(68.41±4.52)g/L,均优于对照组的(622.87±100.97)μmol/L、(27.03±9.15)mmol/L、(76.91±3.25)g/L、(58.22±3.21)g/L相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性肾衰竭临床治疗中,采用血液透析治疗,既可改善血清指标及生化指标,又可减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis on chronic renal failure in the elderly.Methods Sixty elderly patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital(February 2018 to July 2019)were selected to study,case data were analyzed,and with different treatment measures as group basis,60 patients were divided into control and observation groups.In the control group,30 cases were treated with medication,and 30 cases were treated with hemodialysis,comparing the serum index,biochemical index and complication incidence in the two groups.Results Before treatment,serum index,biochemical indicators were compared(P>0.05);after treatment,C response protein,interleukin,nuclear factor κB inhibition protein index level,(1.99±0.28)mg/L,(3.02±1.10)pg/mg,(1.55±0.35)ng/mg,they were all lower than those of the control group(3.55±0.78)mg/L,(3.68±1.11)pg/mg,(1.99±0.24)ng/mg,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Creatinine,urea nitrogen,hemoglobin,total protein levels,respectively(557.87±104.11)μmol/L,(20.30±14.18)mmol/L,(87.05±4.11)g/L,(68.41±4.52)g/L,compared with the control group(622.87±100.97)μmol/L,(27.03±9.15)mmol/L,(76.91±3.25)g/L,(58.22±3.21)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was 13.33%,lower than 53.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic renal failure,hemodialysis treatment can only improve serum and biochemical indexes,but also reduce complications,which deserves clinical application.
