摘要
目的探讨循证护理在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的应用效果。方法分析锦州市中心医院2018年2月至2019年6月收治的慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者80例临床资料,依据随机数字表法进行分组,对照组30例,采用常规性护理措施,观察组为50例,给予循证护理措施,观察两组患者护理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生活质量评分情况。结果两组患者护理前焦虑评分、抑郁评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于同组的护理前,躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分高于同组护理前。观察组护理后焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组,躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者应用,可以改善不良情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To approach result of chronic renal failure haemodialysis patients by evidence-based nursing.Method The 80 cases clinical data of chronic renal failure haemodialysis patients in Jinzhou Central Hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed,which was to be divided into two group by random numeral table method,control group 30 cases,routine nursing measures were used,observation group 50 cases,evidence-based nursing were used,the anxiety score,depressed score,physical function score,social function score and physical state life score of two group patients before nursing and after nursing were detected.Result The anxiety score,depressed score,physical function score,social function score and physical state life score of two group patients before nursing were compared,the difference were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The anxiety score,depressed score of detection group after nursing were lower than before nursing in the same group,physical function score,social function score and physical state life score were higher than before nursing in the same group,the anxiety score,depressed score of observation group after nursing were lower than control group,physical function score,social function score and physical state life score were higher than control group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chronic renal failure haemodialysis patients by evidence-based nursing,which could improve bad mood,increase quality of life.
