摘要
目的探讨降糖宁胶囊联合艾塞那肽在改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的效果。方法选择2019年3月—2021年2月来该院治疗的2型糖尿病患者82例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各41例,A组使用艾塞那肽治疗,B组在A组基础上使用降糖宁胶囊,比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗情况。结果经过有效治疗,B组治疗有效率为95.12%高于A组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组空腹血糖(FPG)(5.24±1.67)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)为(8.09±1.29)mmol/L与糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)为(5.32±1.52)%均低于A组(7.18±1.54)、(9.66±1.34)mmol/L、(7.40±1.29)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)(77.43±9.53)%高于A组(68.49±9.42)%,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)(2.19±0.18)%低于A组(3.22±0.28)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降糖宁胶囊与艾塞那肽联合治疗,显著改善了患者血糖水平,有效控制了患者胰岛素抵抗,稳定了患者病情,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jiangtangning capsule combined with Exenatide in improving insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with type 2 diabetes who came to the hospital for treatment from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table,41 cases in each group.Group A was treated with exenatide,and group B was treated with exenatide.On the basis of the group,Jiangtangning capsule was used to compare the treatment effect,plasma glucose level and insulin resistance of the two groups.Results After effective treatment,the effective treatment rate of group B was 95.12%higher than that of group A 78.05%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group B fasting plasma glucose(FPG)(5.24±1.67)mmol/L,plasma glucose 2 h after meal(2 hPG)was(8.09±1.29)mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)was(5.32±1.52)%are lower than group A(7.18±1.54),(9.66±1.34)mmol/L,(7.40±1.29)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the isletβcell function index(HOMA-β)(77.43±9.53)%of group B was higher than that of group A(68.49±9.42)%,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)(2.19±0.18)%was lower than group A(3.22±0.28)%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Jiangtangning Capsule and Exenatide significantly improves the patient's blood glucose level,effectively controls the patient's insulin resistance,and stabilizes the patient's condition.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
