摘要
目的:以肉桂药材中桂皮醛、总糖和总酚含量为指标,对其品质影响因素进行分析。方法:以广东、广西肉桂主产区不同树龄与砍伐次数的肉桂为研究对象,参考药典采用HPLC法测定桂皮醛含量,采用硫酸⁃蒽酮法和福林酚比色法对总糖和总酚含量进行测定。结果:不同产地肉桂药材中桂皮醛和总糖含量存在差异;桂皮醛、总糖与总酚含量均随树龄的增加而升高;砍伐后的肉桂药材总糖含量更高,桂皮醛和总酚含量无显著变化。结论:产地、采收树龄和砍伐对肉桂药材桂皮醛、总糖和总酚含量均有影响,产地是主要影响因素。研究结果为肉桂药材质量综合评价和肉桂资源综合开发利用提供参考。
Objective:To analyze the factors affecting the quality of Cinnamomi Cortex with the contents of cinnamaldehyde,total sugars and total phenols as indexes.Methods:Taking Cinnamomi Cortex with different tree ages and cutting times in the main producing areas of Guangdong and Guangxi as the research object,the content of cinnamaldehyde was determined by HPLC in reference to phar-macopoeia,the contents of total sugars and total phenols were determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone method and folinol colorimetric method.Results:The contents of cinnamaldehyde,total sugars in Cinnamomi Cortex from different producting area were differences.The contents of cinnamaldehyde,total sugars and total phenols increased with the increase of tree ages.The content of total sugars in Cinna-momi Cortex was the highest after cuting,while the contents of cinnamaldehyde and total phenols had no significant changes.Conclusion:The contents of cinnamaldehyde,total sugars and total phenols are all affected by the producing area,harvesting age and cutting,and the producing area is the main factor.The results of this study provide reference for the comprehensive quality eval-uation and the comprehensive development and utilization of Cinnamomi Cortex.
