摘要 目的:设计基于微信平台的医药问询系统,为患者提供静态和动态双重信息医药问询服务,解决看病难问题。方法:医药问询系统接口使用超文本传输协议(HTTP)请求对接入网址进行消息推送,系统管理端使用浏览器与服务器(B/S)模式的Web架构,微信客服与系统服务器通过Api接口形成交互通信,采用Windows下apache+mysql+php/perl/python(WAMP)服务器部署系统微服务功能模块,包括微官网服务和微医疗网服务功能,采用全局Token验证授权操作,系统客户端使用自主研发的应用程序(APP),设计基于微信平台的医药问询系统。结果:医药问询系统能够完成企业宣传、产品销售及客户互动等一系列运作,使患者在线寻医问药难度降低,解决微信与客服系统之间在信息上的有效交互、问题归类及平衡客服工作量等多种问题。结论:基于微信平台的医药问询系统能使患者通过手机就可以享受到多元化的医疗服务。 Objective:To design a medical inquiry system based on the WeChat platform to provide patients with static and dynamic dual information medical inquiry service to solve the problem of difficult medical treatment.Methods:The Hypertext Transfer Protocol(HTTP)requests were used in the system interface to push messages to access URLs;a browser/server(B/S)mode web architecture was used on the administrative side;the interactive communication was formed by the WeChat customer service and system server through API interface;system microservice function modules were deployed by using apache+mysql+php/perl/python(WAMP)server under Windows,including microofficial website services and micro-medical network service;global Token was taken to verify authorized operations and self-developed APP was used by system clients.The medical inquiry system based on the WeChat platform was designed.Results:The medical inquiry system can complete a series of operations,such as enterprise publicity,product sales and customer interaction,reduce the difficulty of patients to seek medical advice online,solve problems of effective information exchange between WeChat and customer service system,classification of problems and balance of customer service workload.Conclusion:The medical inquiry system based on the WeChat platform enables patients to enjoy diversified medical services through mobile phones.
