思政理论课校内现场教学的路径研究——以浙江工商职业技术学院为例

摘要 思政理论课中运用现场教学的方式,可以通过客观、实在、生动的直接事例来让学生获取知识和经验,提高他们分析现实、探究事实、解决问题的能力。但实际教学的具体实施中,现场教学还是存在不少问题。可针对这些问题,根据学校具体情况,创新思政课校内现场教学路径,从强化教学平台建设、师资队伍建设,提高校内现场教学适应性、协同性、专业性等方面入手,不断探索富有成效的实践教学形式。 The purpose of the article was to analyze the value of on-campus teaching of ideological and political theory courses based on the situation that the off-campus teaching exists defects. This article analyzes the on-campus practical exploration including the factors of construction of teaching platform,construction of teaching team,adaptability,coordination,and professionalism of on-campus teaching, and safeguard system and proposes three implementation paths of sorting out on-campus teaching resources and establishing the selected on-campus teaching base of ideological and political theory courses, giving equal attention to both talent training and talent recruitment to build a diverse team of on-campus teacher and making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration of on-campus teaching.
