摘要
多缸高压径向柱塞泵具有高压力和大排量的优点,其结构设计主要集中在驱动结构、油缸容积变化方法和配油方式三方面。以正五边形驱动的多缸径向柱塞泵为研究对象,将缸体置于泵体外侧,采用阀配油方式设计出详细结构,并对泵壳进行静力学分析和模态分析。分析结果表明,此正五边形驱动的五缸径向柱塞泵静力学和模态性能良好,满足应用要求,结构简单、紧凑、可靠,使用方便。
The multi-cylinder high pressure radial piston pump has the advantages of high pressure and large displacement. Its structural design mainly focuses on three aspects of drive structure, cylinder volume change method and oil distribution method. Taking the multi-cylinder radial piston pump driven by a regular pentagon as the research object, the cylinder was placed on the outside of the pump body, the detailed structure was designed by using the valve oil distribution method, and the statics analysis and modal analysis of the pump case were carried out. The analysis results show that the fivecylinder radial piston pump driven by the regular pentagon has good static and modal performance, which meets the application requirements. The structure is simple, compact, reliable and easy to use.
