摘要 为解决大断面切眼成巷和维护难题,以顶板岩层跨度大、强度较低的四老沟矿8112工作面切眼为工程背景,开发了大断面切眼二次成巷联合支护技术,采用螺纹钢锚杆+锚索+W钢带+金属网+组合锚索+单体液压支柱进行顶板联合支护,采用螺纹钢锚杆+金属网进行非开采帮支护,采用玻璃钢锚杆+塑钢网进行扩巷帮支护。技术应用后,实现了切眼成巷和稳定控制。 In order to solve the difficult problem of roadway formation and maintenance of large section cut, taking the cut of the 8112 working face of Silaogou Mine with large roof rock span and low strength as the engineering background, the combined support technology of secondary roadway formation of large section cut is developed, which adopts threaded steel bolt + anchor cable + W steel strip + metal mesh + combined anchor cable + single hydraulic prop for roof joint support, threaded steel bolt + metal mesh is used for non mining side support, and FRP bolt + plastic steel mesh is used for roadway expansion side support. After the application of the technology, the cutting roadway formation and stability control are realized.
