摘要
目的:探讨10例先天性肛门闭锁(Congenital anal atresia)患儿术后应用集束化肛周护理的疗效。方法:选取牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院小儿外科2010年6月—2019年12月收治的20例先天性肛门闭锁患儿,分为常规组和集束组,每组各10例。常规组患儿给予常规护理服务,集束组患儿在此基础上实施程集束化肛周护理,比较不同组患儿的护理效果。结果:集束组明显优于常规组,10例集束组护理患儿术后肛周无感染、溃烂,恢复快,且无并发症的发生,在随访过程中,集束组患儿排便功能习惯良好。结论:集束化的肛周护理对肛门闭锁患儿术后疾病恢复过程中起到了积极作用,它不仅减少了患儿术后并发症发生,也缩短了患儿住院时间,增加患儿家属的满意度,集束化肛周护理值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster perianal nursing on 10 children with congenital anal atresia.Meth-ods:20 children with congenital anal atresia admitted to the hospital from June 2010 to December 2019 were selected and divided into conventional group and cluster group,with 10 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing service,and the cluster group was given cluster perianal care on this basis.The nursing effects of different groups were compared.Results:The cluster group was significantly better than the conventional group.There was no perianal infection or ulceration in the cluster group after the operation,the recovery was fast,and no complications occurred.During the follow-up,the children in the cluster group had good defecation habits.Conclusion:Cluster perianal nursing plays a positive role in the process of postoperative disease recov-ery in children with anal atresia.It not only reduces the occurrence of postoperative complications,but also shortens the hospitalization time of children and increases the satisfaction of family members of children.Therefore,cluster perianal care is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
