摘要
目的分析在为儿科重症肺炎患儿实施护理服务的过程中优质护理的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月,在我院儿科接受重症肺炎治疗的患儿122例,根据1∶1分组原则将患儿分为试验组与对比组,将优质护理作为试验组患儿的护理方法,将常规护理作为对比组患儿的护理方法。结果在临床疗效、护理后动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压和动脉二氧化碳分压以及退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、气促改善时间以及心力衰竭消失时间的比较上,试验组患儿与对比组患儿均存在显著统计学差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理作为儿科重症肺炎患儿的护理方案,改善了患儿动脉血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压和动脉二氧化碳分压等血气指标,缩短了退热、咳嗽消失、气促改善以及心力衰竭消失的时间,护理效果理想且显著,值得予以广泛的临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in the process of implementing nursing service for children with severe pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,122 children who were treated for severe pneumonia in the pediatrics department of our hospital were selected.The children were divided into experimental group and comparison group according to the 1∶1 grouping principle,and high-quality nursing was used as the experimental group.The nursing method of the children,the routine nursing was used as the nursing method of the children in the comparison group.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,arterial blood oxygen saturation,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure,as well as fever time,cough disappearance time,shortness of breath improvement time,and heart failure disappearance time,the children in the experimental group there were statistically significant differences between the children in the control group and the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion high-quality nursing is used as a nursing plan for children with severe pneumonia in pediatrics,which improves blood gas indicators such as arterial oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure,and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure,shortens antipyretic,disappearance of cough,improvement of shortness of breath,and heart strength the time for the exhaustion to disappear,the nursing effect is ideal and significant,and it is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
