摘要
目的:探讨PDCA护理管理在口腔拔牙患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2020年3月接受口腔拔牙患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例;再选取护理人员20名,分两组,各10名。对照组应用常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上应用PDCA护理管理。比较两组患者口腔拔牙术后感染情况及两组护理人员的口腔护理能力。结果:研究组患者口腔拔牙术后感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员理论与操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA护理管理可以有效减少口腔拔牙患者的感染风险,适于临床应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA nursing management in patients with oral tooth extraction.Methods:From April 2017 to March 2020,98 patients and 20 nurses who underwent oral tooth extraction were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 49 patients in each group and 10 nurses in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group applied PDCA nursing management on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the infection after oral tooth extraction between the two groups and the oral nursing ability of the nurses in the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence of infection after oral tooth extraction was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the scores of nurses'theory and operation skills were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA nursing management can effectively reduce the risk of infection in patients with oral tooth extraction,which is suitable for clinical application.
