摘要
某矿为低品位中厚缓倾斜铜矿体,采用的是分段空场法开采,受矿体赋存条件、围岩性质、施工管理等多方面影响,矿山的高贫化率和高损失率问题异常突出,远高于设计指标。矿山通过对采场结构进行优化,开展采场预留保护层试验,提高采场回采、出矿效率,加强炮孔施工质量管理等一系列措施对贫化率和损失率进行控制。经过一系列试验研究,贫化率降低27.7%,损失率降低29.9%,实现矿山资源的高效开采,提高了企业的经济效益。
A mine is a low grade,medium thickness,gently inclined copper body,the sublevel open stope mining method is adopted.It is affected by the occurrence condition of ore body,the nature of surrounding rock and construction management.The problems of high dilution rate and high loss rate of the mine are unusually prominent,which are far higher than the design index.By optimizing stope structure,carrying out stope reserved protective layer test,improving stope stoping and ore extraction efficiency,strengthening the quality management of gun hole construction and a series of measures to control the dilution rate and loss rate.After a series of experimental studies,the dilution rate was reduced by 27.7%and the loss rate by 29.9%,which realized the efficient mining of mine resources and improved the economic benefits of the enterprise.
