摘要
原发性高血压是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,严重威胁着大众的身体健康。鸢尾素(Irisin)及中叶素(IMD)作为新兴研究的生物标志物参与调节炎症、氧化应激、扩张冠状动脉、调节水和电解质平衡等。这些功能可为原发性高血压的预防及治疗发展提供新的思路。
Essential hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which seriously threatens public health.Irisin and intermedin(IMD),as newly developed biomarkers,are involved in the regulation of inflammation,oxidative stress,coronary artery dilation,water and electrolyte balance,etc.These functions can provide new ideas for the development of prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.
