摘要
文章描述了某型燃气机发电机组轴振异常变化的过程及其基本特征,分析了振动故障产生的机理,研究结论表明该异常振动故障是由于SSS离合器安装原因造成。总结了外伸端活动性失衡的振动特性,分析了外伸端失衡对跨内振动的影响特点,对分析、处理及预防同类型故障具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper, the abnormal change process of shafting vibration of a gas turbine generator rotor is introduced, and the fault mechanism of abnormal vibration is also analyzed. The study conclusion shows that the abnormal vibration failure is caused by installation error of SSS clutch. The rotor vibration characteristics caused by active unbalance mass on the shafting extended end is summarized, and the influence of extended end unbalance to the shafting vibration is analyzed, which has certain reference significance for the analysis, treatment and prevention of the same type of fault.
