摘要
受新冠肺炎疫情影响,各高校纷纷开展在线教学,如何从大学生视角来评价其服务质量,是需要被关注的问题。基于相关理论分析,构建在线教学服务质量属性研究模型;采用多元回归统计分析和探索性因子分析构建其评价指标体系。研究结果得到教师在线教学服务质量、在线教学平台服务质量、在线教学资源服务质量、在线教学管理服务质量等4个一级指标和22个二级指标,并确定各指标的权重,为在线教学服务提供量化的评价指标体系。
Influenced by COVID-19,colleges and universities have launched online teaching campaign.How to evaluate their service quality from the perspective of university students is a matter of concern.Based on the relevant theoretical analysis,the online teaching service quality attribute research model is constructed,and the evaluation index system is constructed by using multiple regression statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis.The results show that there are four first level indicators which are teacher’online teaching service quality,online teaching platform service quality,online teaching resource service quality and online teaching management service quality,and 22 second level indicators.And the weight of each indicator is determined to provide a quantitative evaluation index system for online teaching service.
