摘要
目的:探究对肥厚型心肌病患者采用超声心动图的价值。方法:将2017年3月~2020年1月本院收治的共85例肥厚型心肌病患者作为研究对象,让患者进行超声心电图检测。比较分析肥厚型心肌病患者的类型以及超声心动图的诊断结果。结果:所有患者中,对称性肥厚型心肌病共7例,占8.24%;非对称性肥厚型心肌病66例,占77.65%;心尖肥厚型心肌病12例,占14.12%。梗阻型肥厚型心肌病17例,占23.29%;非梗阻型肥厚型心肌病56例,占76.71%;在LVIDd、LAD和IVSd上,两组分型患者的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);在LVOT上,梗阻型肥厚型心肌病患者明显高于非梗阻型,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肥厚型心肌病患者采用超声心动图的应用价值较高。
Objective:To explore the value of using echocardiography in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy to improve the diagnostic effect and provide references for clinical diagnosis.Methods:A total of 85 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects,and the patients were tested by echocardiography.Comparative analysis of the types of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and the diagnosis results of echocardiography.Results:Among all patients,there were 7 cases of symmetric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,accounting for 8.24%;66 cases of asymmetric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,accounting for 77.65%;12 cases of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,accounting for 14.12%.There were 17 cases of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,accounting for 23.29%;56 cases of non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,accounting for 76.71%;In LVIDd,LAD and IVSd,there was no statistically significant difference in the two-component type of patients(P>0.05);On LVOT,patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were significantly higher than those with non-obstructive cardiomyopathy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy application of echocardiography is of high value.
