摘要
目的:分析医院消毒供应室医疗器械的清洗质量控制效果。方法:择取2019年6月~2020年6月在本院内需要进行灭菌消毒的非一次性医疗器械600件为研究样本。按照清洗方法不同,将所有医疗器械分为对照组300件与观察组300件。对照组医疗器械进行常规化消毒供应室管理,以此为基础观察组则开展程序化管理,分析结果。结果:和对照组相比,观察组医疗器械清洗合格率明显更高,P<0.05;和对照组相比,观察组分类和包装、灭菌处理以及器械洗涤清洗评分明显更高,P<0.05。结论:在开展医疗器械清洗工作过程落实程序化管理,能够在极大程度上提升器械清洗品质。在此同时也可减少医源性感染发生率。
Objective:To analyze the cleaning quality control effect of medical instruments in hospital disinfection supply room.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,600 pieces of non-disposable medical devices that need to be sterilized and disinfected in our hospital were selected as the research samples.According to different cleaning methods,all medical instruments were divided into control group 300 pieces and observation group 300 pieces.The control group underwent routine disinfection supply room management for medical instruments,and the observation group carried out routine management and analyzed the results based on this.Results:Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of medical equipment cleaning in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the classification and packaging,sterilization treatment and instrument washing and cleaning scores of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of procedural management in the process of medical device cleaning can greatly improve the quality of device cleaning.At the same time,it can also reduce the incidence of iatrogenic infection.
