丙烯酸钠超吸水水凝胶构建与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 超吸水材料因其在日用、医药、环境、农业和轻重工业等领域的大量应用而广受关注。本文以双乙烯基咪唑离子液体1,10-二烷基-3,3’-双-l-溴化乙烯基咪唑(C_(10)VIM)为交联剂,以丙烯酸钠作为聚合单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂制备超吸水水凝胶。通过调整丙烯酸钠单体与交联剂的比例研究了水凝胶骨架的吸水性能,研究表明,该水凝胶的吸水性能随着丙烯酸钠单体与交联剂CVIM的摩尔比上升而上升。由于交联剂对凝胶骨架的有效交联,丙烯酸钠与C_(10)VIM摩尔比为300:1的水凝胶的平衡吸水率可达约560g/g,表现出优异的溶胀吸水性能,其吸水性能远高于类似结构的丙烯酰胺水凝胶。所获得的凝胶在溶胀平衡后结构仍完整,且具备一定的机械性能,表明目标离子液体交联剂能够有效交联聚丙烯酸钠网格。本研究所制备的离子液体交联丙烯酸钠水凝胶骨架有望用于超吸水材料的开发。 Superabsorbent materials have attracted much attention because of their extensive applications inthe fields including medicine,environment,agriculture,daily use,light industry,heavy industry and soon.Super absorbent hydrogels were prepared by using 1,10-dialkyl-3,3-bis-l-vinylimidazolium bromide(C_(10)VIM)as crosslinking agent,sodium acrylate as monomer of polymer network and ammonium persulfate as initiator.The proportion of sodium acrylate and crosslinking agent on the absorption properties ofthe hydrogels were studied.The results showed that the water absorption of the hydrogel increased withthe decrease in the content of crosslinking agent C_(10)VIM Because of the effective crosslinking of the polymer chains using C_(10) VIM,the equilibrium water absorption ratio of the hydrogels with sodium acrylateand C_(10)VIM molar ratio of 300:1 was about 560g/g,which exhibited excellent swelling and water absorbing properties.The water absorbing property of the obtained hydrogels were much higher than that ofpolyacrylamide hydrogel with similar molecular structure.After reaching equilibrium water absorptionstate,the obtained hydrogels were still structural integrated with mechanical strength,which indicatedthat the prepared ionic liquid crosslinker could effectively crosslink the Poly(Sodium acrylate)chains.Theionic liquid crosslinked Poly(Sodium acrylate)hydrogel in this study is expected to be used for the development of super absorbent materials.
