摘要
大吨位量程的衡器,在大型工业企业中具有较为广泛的应用,其量程一般可达到几十吨甚至上百吨之多。对于企业计量方面而言,大吨位衡器的校准标定,是一个需要解决的难题。在衡器校准过程中,需要利用砝码替代物,因而在大吨位量程衡器运行过程中,砝码替代物的校准就成为了一个难点问题。在生产现场使用和安装大吨位砝码替代物标定校准装置,在生产过程中,能够对标准替代物及在线计量设施随时进行校准标定。通过这种方式,能够使工作周期显著缩短,成本大幅降低,生产效率得到有效提高,取得更理性的效益。
Weighing instruments with large tonnage range are widely used in large industrial enterprises,and their range can generally reach dozens of tons or even hundreds of tons.For the measurement of enterprises,the calibration of large tonnage weighing instruments is a problem to be solved.In the process of weighing instrument calibration,it is necessary to use weight substitutes,so in the operation process of large tonnage weighing instruments,the calibration of weight substitute becomes a difficult problem.Using and installing large tonnage weight substitute calibration device in the production site can calibrate standard substitutes and online measurement facilities at any time in the production process.In this way,the work cycle can be significantly shortened,the cost can be greatly reduced,the production efficiency can be effectively improved and more rational benefits can be achieved.
