摘要
目的:探究综合护理干预对ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者并发症发生率、生命质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年10月泉州市第一医院东街院区ICU接受治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照其干预措施的差异分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组开展综合护理干预,比较2组患者并发症发生情况以及干预前后生命质量、睡眠质量情况;结果:观察组患者共计发生并发症1例(2.50%),对照组共计发生并发症6例(15.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后组间比较显示观察组患者的SF-36量表得分高于对照组,PSQI量表得分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预有助于改善ICU重症急性胰腺炎患者临床症状,降低各类并发症发生率,同时还能够调节患者睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical value analysis of nursing intervention in ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and to analyze the impact of intervention on patients′sleep quality.Methods:To include 80 severe acute patients who were treated in the ICU of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 Patients with pancreatitis were the research objects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group(40 cases each)according to their intervention measures.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups of patients were compared with the complications and interventions.Quality of life and sleep quality before and after.Results:A total of 1 patient(2.50%)in the study group had complications,and a total of 6 patients(15.00%)in the control group had complications.The difference between the groups was obvious.The comparison between the groups after intervention showed that the study group the patient′s SF-36 scale score was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI scale score was lower than that of the control group,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can help improve the clinical symptoms of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU and reduce the occurrence of various complications At the same time,it can also adjust the patient′s sleep quality.
