摘要
研究了不同结构特性的碳纳米管对NR性能的影响。结果表明,加入碳纳米管可降低NR体系的T10和T90,长径比及比表面积较大的碳纳米管对胶料的硬度及压缩温升提高幅度较大,在相同用量下,表面含氧官能团多、比表面积小的碳纳米管在橡胶基体中的分散好,但对导电和导热性能的提升幅度较小;RPA和DMA测试发现,碳纳米管能显著提高胶料的储能模量,比表面积及长径比大的碳纳米管能提高胶料的抗湿滑性能,但引起的动态滞后损失大,滚动阻力较大。
The effect of carbon nanotubes with different structure characteristics on the properties of NR was studied.The results showed that the addition of carbon nanotubes(CNT)could reduce the T10 and T90,and the hardness and compression temperature rise of NR compound were greatly increased when CNT with large aspect ratio and specific surface area were added.Under the same content,CNT with more oxygen functional groups and small specific surface area had high dispersibility in rubber matrix,but the improvement of conductivity and thermal conductivity was small;RPA and DMA showed that the storage modulus of NR compound was significantly improved,and CNT with large specific surface area and aspect ratio could improve the wet skid resistance,but dynamic hysteresis loss and rolling resistance were high.
