摘要
目的研究基于“互联网+”模式下的翻转课堂教学法在骨科临床实习教学中的应用效果情况。方法选取2018年5月—2019年9月间于该院骨科实习的学生共计130名,运用数字随机表法将学生平均分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组65名。观察组学生进行基于“互联网+”模式下的翻转课堂教学法进行教学,对照组运用则运用常规传统带教教学模式,于实习结束后比较两组学生理论考核成绩、实践操作情况、自我测评结果以及对教学的满意度。结果经两种不同方式教学后,观察组理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生无菌操作、包扎、换药及缝合等实践操作评分均明显高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我测评优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”模式下的翻转课堂教学法在骨科临床实习教学中的应用效果良好,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching method based on the"Internet+"model in orthopedics clinical practice teaching.Methods The study selected 130 students who were internships in orthopedics in the hospital from May 2018 to September 2019.The students were equally divided into two groups using the number random table method,with 65 students in each of the observation group and the control group.The students in the observation group used the flipped classroom teaching method based on the"Internet+"model to teach,while the control group used conventional teaching model,compared the two groups of students'theoretical assessment results,practical operations,self-assessment results,and satisfaction with teaching after the internship.Results After two different methods of teaching,the observation group's theoretical assessment scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's scores for aseptic manipulation,bandage,dressing,and suture were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-evaluation of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching method based on the"Internet+"model has a good application effect in orthopedics clinical practice teaching,and it is worthy of popularization.
