膨腹海马温度耐受性及不同温度对其生长的影响 被引量:6

The temperature tolerance of Hippocampus abdominalis and the effect of different temperatures on its growth

摘要 为探讨膨腹海马(Hippocampus abdominalis)的温度耐受力,设置初始水温为16℃、以1℃/d的速度升温或降温实验分别胁迫三种不同规格的膨腹海马,进行不同温度梯度下的生长比较。结果表明:小规格、中规格、大规格膨腹海马的半致死高温分别为26.2℃、26.7℃、28.2℃,半致死低温分别为4.9℃、3.9℃、3.1℃;极限最高温分别为26.9℃、27.2℃、28.7℃,极限最低温为3.2℃、2.8℃、2.0℃;耐温幅度分别为23.7℃、24.4℃、26.7℃。设置10℃、13℃、16℃、19℃、22℃共5个温度梯度,对膨腹海马进行为期84 d的生长实验,结果显示:16℃组的存活率和特定生长率分别为72.22%和1.84%,显著高于10℃组、13℃组和22℃组;19℃组的特定生长率与16℃组无显著性差异,而存活率仅为63.33%,综合存活率与特定生长率2项指标,得出膨腹海马的最适养殖温度为16℃。 This study took three sizes of Hippocampus abdominalis as the research object to explore its temperature tolerance and observe its growth under different temperature conditions.The water temperature was set as 16℃and increased or decreased by(1~2)℃/d in the present study.The results showed that the semi-lethal high temperature of three sizes of H.abdominalis were 26.2℃,26.7℃and 28.2℃,respectively;semi-lethal low temperatures were 4.9℃,3.9℃and 3.1℃,respectively.The maximum temperature limits of three sizes of H.abdominalis were 26.9℃,27.2℃and 28.7℃,respectively,the minimum temperature limits were 3.2℃,2.8℃and 2.0℃,respectively.The temperature tolerance amplitude were 23.7℃,24.4℃and 26.7℃,respectively.The five temperatures of 10℃,13℃,16℃,19℃and 22℃were used to culture H.abdominalis for 84 days,the results showed that the survival rate and specific growth rate of the 16℃were 72.22%and 1.84%,respectively,which significantly higher than the 10℃,13℃and 22℃.The specific growth rate had no significant difference between 19℃and 16℃,but the survival rate of 19℃was only 63.33%.The optimal culture temperature of H.abdominalis was 16℃according to the survival rate and specific growth rate of experiment.
