摘要
探讨了军事强国太空军事力量发展现状,人工智能在网电空间作战中的应用现状,设想了可能会在太空领域和电子战领域出现的新场景,并为如何在新时代确保国家安全与繁荣提出对策建议。
This paper discussed the current situation of space military forces of major powers,and the combating application of artificial intelligence(AI)in network-electric space.We have envisaged the possible new scenarios in space and electronic warfare,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for ensuring national security and prosperity in the new era.
