摘要
部分10.9级的42CrMo钢M56螺栓在热处理工艺后出现了开裂等现象,经分析得出是淬火不当引起的。对开裂的螺栓进行宏观检验、硬度测试、拉伸测试、金相检验、光谱分析。结果表明:螺栓六角头在热成型过程中产生R角折叠,经热处理后应力释放导致其出现裂纹。
Some 10.9 grade 42CrMo steel M56 bolts cracked after heat treatment,which was caused by improper quenching.Macro examination,hardness test,tensile test,metallographic examination and spectral analysis were carried out for the cracked bolts.The results show that R-angle folding occurs in the process of hot forming,and the stress release after heat treatment leads to cracks.
