臭氧自体血回输疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效的系统评价 被引量:3

The Effect of Ozone Autologous Blood Transfusion Therapy in the Treatment of Post-herpetic Neuralgia:A Systematic Review

摘要 目的:系统评价臭氧自体血回输疗法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等数据库,使用Cochrane风险偏倚评价工具评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7个研究497例患者,与常规药物治疗相比,臭氧自体血回输疗法联合常规药物治疗能降低带状疱疹后神经痛患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)[MD=-2.44,95%CI(-3.35,-1.54),P<0.05]和简明疼痛评估量表(BPI)指数:情绪[MD=-2.09,95%CI(-3.07,-1.11),P<0.05]、睡眠[MD=-2.28,95%CI(-3.16,-1.40),P<0.05]、饮食[MD=-2.40,95%CI(-2.72,-2.08),P<0.05]、日常生活[MD=-1.94,95%CI(-2.52,-1.36),P<0.05];与常规药物治疗联合其他疗法相比,臭氧自体血回输疗法能降低带状疱疹后神经痛患者VAS评分[MD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.22,-0.54),P<0.05]。结论:现有证据表明,与常规药物治疗联合神经阻滞治疗相比,臭氧自体血回输疗法联合常规药物治疗与神经阻滞治疗可改善带状疱疹后神经痛患者的疼痛;与单纯常规药物治疗组相比,臭氧自体血回输疗法联合常规药物治疗对带状疱疹后神经痛患者可改善患者疼痛、情绪、睡眠、饮食、日常生活。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of ozone autologous blood infusion therapy for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods:PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CBM and other databases were searched.Cochrane risk bias evaluation tool was used to evaluate the risk of bias in the included literature,and RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 497 patients from 7 studies were included.Compared with conventional drug therapy,ozone autologous blood infusion therapy combined with conventional drug therapy can significantly reduce the VAS score of the patients with post-herpetic neuralgia[MD=-2.44,95%CI(-3.35,-1.54),P<0.05]and their brief pain inventory(BPI)index:emotion[MD=-2.09,95%CI(-3.07,-1.11),P<0.05],sleep[MD=-2.28,95%CI(-3.16,-1.40),P<0.05],diet[MD=-2.40,95%CI(-2.72,-2.08),P<0.05],daily life[MD=-1.94,95%CI(-2.52,-1.36),P<0.05].Compared with conventional drug therapy combined with other therapies,ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy can also significantly reduce the VAS score of patients with post-herpetic neuralgia[MD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.22,-0.54),P<0.05].Conclusion:Existing evidence shows that ozone autologous blood infusion therapy combined with conventional drug therapy and nerve block therapy improves pain in patients with pos-therpetic neuralgia compared with conventional drug therapy and nerve block therapy combined.Ozone autologous blood infusion therapy combined with conventional drug therapy improves pain,emotion,sleep,diet,and daily life in patients with pos-therpetic neuralgia compared with conventional drug therapy.
