摘要
目前,再生塑料颗粒的固体废物快速鉴别尚无统一的标准方法。本文通过感官检验、手工分拣、红外光谱分析、灰分检测和粉末含量检测等技术手段,分析研究再生塑料颗粒固体废物的7种典型特征,并结合生产工艺,推断再生塑料颗粒可能的产生来源。然后,根据GB 34330-2017《固体废物鉴别标准通则》的固体废物产生来源得出判定结论,为建立再生塑料颗粒固体废物快速鉴别标准奠定技术基础。
There is no unified standard method for solid waste rapid identification of recycled plastic particles.By means of sensory inspection,manual sorting,infrared spectrum analysis,ash detection,powder content detection and other technical means,this paper studied and analyzed 7 typical characteristics of recycled plastic particle solid waste,and deduced the possible origin of plastic recycled plastic particle according to the production process.According to the source of solid waste in Identification Standards for Solid Waste General Rules(GB 34330-2017),a conclusion is drawn,it lays the technical foundation for the establishment of a rapid identification standard for recycled plastic granular solid waste.
