摘要
为了提高煤矿井下带式输送机运输系统可靠性以及安全保障能力,将智能巡检机器人系统应用到井下巡检中,并对智能巡检机器人系统结构组成、关键子系统工作原理、结构、参数等进行详细阐述。现场应用后,带式输送机运行可靠性得以显著提升,同时可减少6名巡检人员,取得较为明显的应用效果。
In order to improve the reliability and security of belt conveyor transportation system in coal mine,the intelligent inspection robot system was applied to underground inspection,and the structure composition of intelligent inspection robot system and the working principle,structure and parameters of key subsystems were described in detail.After field application,the running reliability of belt conveyor has been significantly improved,and 6 inspectors can be reduced,thus achieving obvious application effect.
