摘要
医院的文化是指在医院的经营活动中逐步形成的,为整体团队所认同并遵守的价值观念,组织原则以及在此基础上形成的行为总称。本文将以南京市儿童医院为例,阐述一个组织的行为如何能造就推动团体发展的文化内涵。借鉴国内外医疗行业经验,描述如何利用医院文化的无形资产为儿科医生团队赋能进而吸引新人进入儿科医生团队,并提出本文作者自己的设想。
Hospital culture refers to the values,organizational principles and behaviors formed on the basis of the values,principles and behaviors that are gradually formed in the hospital operation activities and recognized and observed by the whole team.This paper will take Nanjing Children’s Hospital as an example to explain how the behavior of an organization can create cultural connotation to promote the development of groups.This paper describes how to use intangible assets of hospital culture to empower pediatricians team and attract new people to enter the pediatrician team by drawing on the experience of medical industry at home and abroad,and puts forward the author’s own ideas.
