摘要
针对内蒙古某稀土-铁矿石中矿物类型多,生产现场铁精矿中F、S含量高,稀土利用率低的问题,按照矿石类型进行分类选别,以钠闪石型低品位稀土-铁矿石为对象,采用"阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选回收铁-尾矿浮选回收稀土"的工艺流程对其进行选矿试验。结果表明:在一段磨矿细度-0.074 mm 91.03%、粗选磁场强度135.32 kA/m、精选磁场强度95.52 kA/m、二段磨矿细度-0.045 mm 90.56%、二段磁场强度95.52 kA/m的条件下,可获得TFe品位65.12%、铁回收率70.69%的铁精矿;在浮选矿浆浓度40%、浮选温度为40℃、Na2CO3用量1.8 kg/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量2.0 kg/t、2#油用量50 g/t、捕收剂C5用量0.8 kg/t的条件下进行1粗2精1扫的闭路试验,可获得REO品位为56.37%,回收率为72.54%的稀土精矿。
In a rare earth-iron ore in Inner Mongolia, the types of minerals are various, the content of F and S in the iron concentrate at the production site is high and the utilization rate of rare earth is low. Aiming at these problems, classification and sorting according to the types of ore were carried out. Taking the sodium amphibolite type low-grade rare earth-iron ore as the research object, the process flow of recovery of iron by stage grinding and stage separation, and recovery of rare earths by tailings flotation was adopted for the beneficiation test. The results show that when the first-stage grinding fineness-0.074 mm accounts for 91.03%, roughing magnetic field strength is 135.32 kA/m, selected magnetic field strength is 95.52 kA/m, the second-stage grinding fineness-0.045 mm accounts for 90.56%, and the second-stage magnetic field strength is 95.52 kA/m, an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.12% and iron recovery rate of 70.69% can be obtained. When the flotation slurry concentration is 40%, the flotation temperature is 40℃, the amount of Na2CO3 is1.8 kg/t, and the dosages of inhibitor water glass, 2# oil and collector C5 are 2.0 kg/t, 50 g/t, and 0.8 kg/t, respectively, a rare earth concentrate with the REO grade of 56.37% and the recovery rate of 72.54% can be obtained by the closed-circuit test of one roughing, two beneficiation and one sweeping.
