摘要
本文以新型聚醚(乙二醇单乙烯基聚乙二醇醚,GPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、双氧水、E51、巯基丙酸、和硫酸亚铁为主要原料,合成了一种聚羧酸系高性能减水剂。系统研究了各工艺参数对该减水剂的影响规律,结果表明,当GPEG与AA物质的量比为1∶3.75,滴加时间为40 min,反应初始温度为10~20℃,硫酸亚铁用量为单体质量的0.003%时,所合成的样品具有较高的减水率和优异的保坍性、和易性,并且对贵州乃至西南片区的地材适应性强,针对含泥含粉量重的砂石骨料仍保持良好的综合性能,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
In this paper,a new type of polyether GPEG,acrylic acid,hydrogen peroxide,E51,mercaptopropionic acid,and ferrous sulfate were used as the main materials to synthesize a polycarboxylate superplasticizer.This paper analyzed the influence of each process parameter through experiments.The results showed that when the molar ratio of GPEG to AA is 1∶3.75,the dropping time is 40 min,the initial reaction temperature is 10~20℃,and the amount of ferrous sulfate is 0.003%of the monomer.The polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the obvious advantages of dispersibility and retention performance.It has adaptability to the ground materials in Guizhou and even the southwestern area and has a very wide range of application prospects.
