Domestic Application and Development Trend of Dust Suppressants

摘要 扬尘是造成大气污染的重要原因之一,抑尘剂在治理扬尘过程中发挥着重要作用。基于抑尘剂与扬尘颗粒之间的润湿、凝聚、粘结作用机理,总结各类抑尘剂的抑尘机理及优缺点,对抑尘剂主要应用领域做出说明。得出:抑尘剂广泛应用于矿山、建筑施工地和煤炭运输等相关领域,是治理煤尘的重要手段。随着国家对环保的重视,各行业对抑尘剂的要求不断加大,传统单一功能抑尘剂已无法满足用户需要,复合型和新型抑尘剂发展迅速,同时也是市面上的主流产品。相比传统抑尘剂,新型抑尘剂在原料成本和产品性能上都更有优势,其中可降解无毒无害的环境友好型抑尘剂备受关注。未来,抑尘剂将向着环保复合的方向发展,应结合应用领域环境的影响,提高产品性能的稳定性和原料配比的灵活性,降低企业的投入成本。 Dust is one of the important causes of air pollution.Dust suppressors play an important role in the process of dust control.Based on the mechanism of wetting,condensation and adhesion between dust suppressants and dust particles,this paper summarizes the dust suppression mechanism,advantages and disadvantages of various dust suppressants,and explains the main application fields of dust suppressants.It is concluded that dust suppressor is widely used in mines,construction sites and coal transportation and other related fields,and is an important means to control coal dust.With the national attention to environmental protection,the requirements of various industries for dust suppressors are increasing.Traditional single function dust suppressant has been unable to meet the needs of users.Composite and new dust suppressors are developing rapidly,and they are also the mainstream products in the market.Compared with the traditional dust suppressors,the new dust suppressors have more advantages in raw material cost and product performance,among which the biodegradable non-toxic and harmless environmental friendly dust suppressors have attracted much attention.In the future,the dust suppressor will develop in the direction of environmental protection.The stability of product performance and the flexibility of raw material ratio should be improved in combination with the environmental impact of the application field,so that it can cope with different climatic conditions and reduce the investment cost of enterprises.
