摘要
煤质复杂多变导致煤可磨性变化成为影响机组控制品质的主要因素之一。通过机理分析和现场调试发现,煤可磨性变化会显著影响磨煤机出力,使得制粉系统被控对象特性发生变化,进而影响协调控制系统锅炉主控回路的闭环控制特性。对给煤量与机前压力信号进行特性识别,确定制粉系统动态特性属于惯性、惯性加纯迟延以及非最小相位环节的隶属度,据此依托智能DCS中专家数据库柔性调整控制器参数实现智能发电控制。仿真及现场调试结果表明,优化策略能够显著改善煤可磨性变化时机组主要参数的控制品质,为提高火电机组煤质适应性提供技术支持。
The complexity and variability of coal quality is the main factor affecting the control quality of units.Through mechanism analysis and debugging,it was found that the change of coal grindability affects the output of the coal mill significantly,which leads to change of the characteristics of the controlled object of pulverizing system,and then affects the closed-loop control characteristics of the main control loop of boiler side in coordinated control system.Through characteristics recognition of coal feed rate and throttle pressure signals,the membership degree of dynamic characteristics was determined for pulverizing system belonging to inertia,inertia plus pure delay and non-minimum phase,based on which the parameters of controller were flexibly adjusted to realize intelligent power generation control according to the expert database in intelligent DCS.The simulation and field debugging results show that,the optimization strategy can significantly improve the control quality of the main parameters of the unit when the coal grindability changes,and can provide technical support for thermal power units to improve the adaptability to coal quality.
