丝状支原体山羊亚种对山羊的致病性观察 被引量:1

Pathogenic observation on experimental infection of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp.capri in goats

摘要 为了观察丝状支原体山羊亚种对山羊的致病性,利用丝状支原体山羊亚种Mm1901株培养物经鼻腔和气管感染山羊,观察山羊临床表现、剖检病变、血液学变化、组织病理和病原组织器官分布等疾病指征。攻毒结束后第2天,山羊表现出明显的急性感染症状,并在第3天出现死亡或濒临死亡。剖检见多组织器官出现水肿、淤血、出血等病理变化,血常规检测提示急性细菌性炎症,病理切片主要表现为多组织器官炎性细胞浸润,肾脏玻璃样变、空泡变性等变化。通过病原分离和荧光定量PCR(qPCR),可从多组织器官中检测到病原。结果表明,丝状支原体山羊亚种人工感染可导致山羊全身多器官和组织系统性病变,是一种可导致系统性感染的病原,为我国羊支原体肺炎病原学研究积累了数据。 In order to observe the pathogenicity of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp.capri(Mmc)in goats,Mmc strain Mmc1901 culture was inoculated into the animalsby nasal spray and trachea injection.Then,the clinical symptoms,autopsy lesions,hematology changes,histopathologic changes and pathogen distribution in tissues of the goats were observed and the results were recorded.The results showed that,on the second day after challenge,the goats developed obvious symptoms of acute infection,and one goat died on the fourth day.Necropsy showed edema,congestion,bleeding and other pathological changes in the tissues and organs.Blood parameter detection indicated acute bacterial inflammation.The micropathological changes mainly showed inflammatory cell infiltration in the tissues and organs,hyaline degenera-tion and vacuole degeneration of the kidney.Mmc was detected from several tissues and organs by isolation and qPCR detection.The above results indicated that the experimental infection of Mmc in goats caused systemic lesions in multiple organs and mucosal tissues in the animals,which provided data for etiologic research on MPSG in China.
