摘要
目的分析马拉色菌毛囊炎皮肤镜下的特点,为马拉色菌毛囊炎的皮肤镜诊断提供指导。方法分析经临床及真菌镜检确诊为马拉色菌毛囊炎的47例患者112个皮损的皮肤镜图像,并比较与细菌性毛囊炎的异同。结果马拉色菌毛囊炎最主要的皮肤镜特征为黄白色均质结构+线状血管为主,而细菌性毛囊炎以角栓、黄白色脓疱结构+点状血管为主,其中,线状血管及点状血管的比例可以作为两者的鉴别点。结论马拉色菌毛囊炎皮肤镜下具有一定的特征性,可以作为辅助诊断的工具。
Objective To investigate the dermoscopic features of malassezia folliculitis. Methods The dermoscopic images of malassezia folliculitis lesions from 47 patients which were also diagnosed by fungi microscopic examination were analyzed and compared with bacterial folliculitis. Results The main dermoscopic features of malassezia folliculitis were yellow-white homogeneous structure plus dominant linear vessels, while the main dermoscopic features of bacterial folliculitis were follicular plug, yellow-white pustule structure and dominant dotted vessels. The proportion of linear vessels and dotted vessels were different for the two diseases. Conclusion The lesions of malassezia folliculitis have certain characteristics under dermoscopy, which can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for the disease.
