儿童鞍区恶性混合性生殖细胞肿瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 原发颅内生殖细胞肿瘤(primary intracranial germ cell tumors,ICGCTs)是一组少见的胚胎性肿瘤,约占儿童颅内肿瘤的2%~3%[1]。儿童颅内生殖细胞肿瘤较其他肿瘤发病率低,目前国内相关报道不多见,且由于该疾病对放疗十分敏感,在临床治疗中往往结合临床表现及影像报告后即行诊断性放疗且能收到不错的疗效,故而有明确病理诊断的病例较为少见。本文选取我院收治的1例经手术病理证实的儿童颅内原发恶性混合性生殖细胞肿瘤(malignant mixed germ cell tumors,MMGCTs)患者,总结其临床表现及影像学特征,分析其治疗及预后。
