摘要
目的了解头颈肿瘤患者治疗决策困境现状及影响因素,为制定头颈肿瘤患者决策支持提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,对172例头颈肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,包括一般情况调查、中文版决策困境量表(C-DCS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、医院患者焦虑抑郁问卷(HADS),评估头颈肿瘤患者治疗决策困境现状并分析其影响因素。结果头颈肿瘤患者治疗决策困境总均分为(34.63±15.47)分;多元逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、职业状况、疾病认知、焦虑是决策困境的主要影响因素(调整R^(2)=0.090,P<0.05)。结论头颈肿瘤患者存在一定的治疗决策困境,临床医护人员应关注适龄工作、疾病认知较低、焦虑等患者,制定个性化治疗决策支持策略,从而降低患者决策困境。
Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of treatment decision-making dilemma in patients with head and neck cancer,and to provide reference for decision-making support in patients with head and neck cancer.Methods The method of convenience sampling was adopted to include 172 cases of head and neck cancer patients.Demographic and clinical data of patients were collected by self-designed general data survey,Chinese version of decision dilemma scale(C-DCS)and social support rating scale(SSRS)and HADS to evaluate the status of patients'support care needs and to analyze its influencing factors.Results The average score of head and neck tumor patients was(34.63±15.47).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age,marital status,occupational status,disease awareness and anxiety were the main influencing factors for decision-making dilemma(adjusted R^(2)=0.090,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with head and neck tumor have certain treatment decisionmaking difficulties.Clinical medical staff should pay attention to patients with anxiety,low disease awareness and working age and develop personalized treatment decision-making support strategies,so as to reduce the decisionmaking difficulties of patients.
