摘要
经过脱水稳定后进入储罐的原油仍存在一定的挥发性,随着温度、气压、覆盖气性质等参数的变化,其稳定性也不相同。储罐原油的稳定性一般由其饱和蒸气压来衡量,饱和蒸气压越高,其稳定性越差。饱和蒸气压过高的储存原油挥发性较大,若储存不当则存在一定的安全隐患。覆盖气即为确保原油储存安全的一项关键因素。本文通过对不同种类及工况的覆盖气研究,探索其对原油储存的影响。
After dehydration and stabilization,the crude oil in tank still maintains volatility,controlled by temperature,pressure,covering gas properties and so on.The stability of crude is measured by saturated vapor pressure.If not properly stored,poor stabilized crude might maintains potential safety hazard.Covering gas is a key factor for crude storage safety.Study on different types and conditions of covering gas had been done to explore influence on crude storage.
