摘要
二氧化碳腐蚀已经严重影响到阜康西部四工河煤层气井的正常排采,对阜康区块井下管杆的腐蚀现状及特征进行了归纳和总结,管杆的局部点腐蚀、丝扣腐蚀和管体腐蚀穿孔是目前阜康油管的主要腐蚀类型,通过对二氧化碳的腐蚀机理及影响因素的分析,结合国内类似油气田的煤层气井防腐蚀方案,提出了阜康西部四工河煤层气井的管杆腐蚀防护的建议及对策。
CO2 corrosion has the serious influence to the west of fukang four river normal high rank CBM Wells,the corrosion of fukang block underground pipe pole present situation and the characteristic has carried on the induction and summary,pipe,threaded corrosion and local corrosion of the pipe body corrosion perforation is the main corrosion types of fukang tubing,based on the analysis of the corrosion mechanism and influence factors of carbon dioxide,Combined with the anti-corrosion scheme of CBM well in similar oil and gas fields in China,the suggestions and countermeasures of pipe and rod corrosion protection in Sigonghe CBM well in western Fukang are put forward.
