动压影响下巷道围岩破坏变形特征分析及控制 被引量:7

Analysis and Control of Failure Deformation Characteristics in Roadway Surrounding Rock under Dynamic Pressure

摘要 针对13031工作面回风顺槽掘进过程中受动压影响巷道围岩变形量大、支护和后期维护困难等问题,运用摩尔-库伦模型建立数值模拟计算模型,对巷道围岩塑性变形变化过程进行研究分析,结合13031回风顺槽煤岩层物理特性,提出采用“高强度锚网索+喷浆”支护方案,并对应用效果进行现场监测。监测结果表明:顶底板位移量稳定在350 mm左右,两帮位移量稳定在310 mm左右,巷道围岩破坏变形量在允许范围内,达到支护效果要求。 In view of the large deformation of surrounding rock and the difficulty of support and later maintenance affected by dynamic pressure during the driving process of 13031 return air gateway,the paper establishes a numerical simulation model by using Moore Coulomb model,analyzes the plastic deformation process of surrounding rock,and proposes a support plan of"high-strength anchor mesh cable+shotcrete"combining with the physical characteristics of rock seam in 13031 return air gateway,whose field monitoring shows that the displacement of roof and floor is about 350 mm,the displacement of two sides is about 310 mm,and the deformation of surrounding rock is within the allowable range,which meets the requirements of support effect.
