摘要
针对黑龙煤业回采巷道变形量大、局部片帮冒顶严重、煤柱留设尺寸大造成煤炭资源浪费严重等问题,采用理论计算及数值模拟方法确定留设8 m小煤柱可以满足工作面正常生产要求。现场观测表明,煤柱宽度为8 m时,煤柱内部裂隙虽然发育,但整体性较好,密闭性较强。巷道掘进期间两帮最大移近量为96 mm,顶底板最大移近量85 mm,两帮移近量大于顶底板移近量,巷道变形量较小,且变形逐渐趋于稳定。因此,小煤柱护巷方式能够维持巷道围岩的稳定,同时,达到提高煤炭回收率的目的。
In view of the large roadway deformation,serious local rib spalling and coal resource waste caused by large size of coal pillar in gateway of Heilong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the setting of 8 m small coal pillar through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method,whose field observation shows that in spite of the internal cracks,the coal pillar remains good integrity and strong airtightness;the small pillar roadway protection method can maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock with small and gradually stabilized roadway deformation and achieve higher coal recovery rate.
