轨道车辆三电平储能充电多模控制策略研究 被引量:1

Research on multimode control strategy for three level energy storage charging of rolling stock

摘要 针对轨道车辆储能系统充电时间偏长的问题,提出一种三电平直流变换器多模控制策略。对三电平直流变换器的电路拓扑结构进行分析,总结控制策略的基本要求;提出恒流恒功率恒压多模控制策略,对控制策略状态切换点的选择时机进行系统分析,并对算法稳定性与充电时长进行理论推导;通过仿真实验对比所提策略与恒流恒压、恒功率恒压充电控制策略的充电效果,并进行实物实验验证。研究结果表明:该控制策略在保证储能系统稳定性和安全性的基础上集成了恒流、恒功率、恒压单一充电控制策略性能优势,实现了控制策略平稳切换及电压电流全过程控制,缩短13%充电时长,为储能系统控制策略的选择及实现提供了借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of long charging time and large di/dt in charging mode switching process of rail vehicle energy storage system,a new multi-mode control strategy for three-level DC-DC converter was proposed in this paper.First,this paper analyzed the circuit topology and equivalent model of three-level DC-DC converter,summarized the basic requirements of the control strategy;second,a constant current-constant power-constant voltage(CC-CP-CV)multi-mode control strategy was proposed,and the selection time of the control strategy state switching point and the stability of the algorithm and the charging time were analyzed.Finally,the proposed control strategy was compared with constant current-constant voltage(CC-CV)and constant power-constant voltage(CP-CV)charging control strategy through simulation experiments.and they were verified by physical experiments.The results show that the control strategy integrates the performance advantages of constant current,constant power and constant voltage single charging control strategy on the basis of ensuring the stability and security of energy storage system,realizes the smooth switching of control strategy and the whole process control of voltage&current,effectively shortens the charging time by 13%,which provides reference value for the selection and implementation of control strategy of energy storage system.
