摘要
随着新时代健康观念的转变,社会各界对对医疗卫生护理的需求日益增长。在健康中国伟业的建设行动中,护士群体有着举足轻重的地位。目前,护士人群因医疗工作压力面临着自我认可感低及职业发展满意度不高等问题,而反馈寻求行为可以让护士经过反馈获取有意义的内容讯息来改善自身行为和情绪,促进职业发展。我们对反馈寻求行为的概念、测量工具、现状及影响要素等方面进行综述,同时对我国护士反馈寻求研究领域存在的问题及未来的研究方向进行探讨,为更大程度地提升护士反馈寻求行为水平提供参考。
With the change of the concept of health in the new era,the demand for medical and health care from all walks of life is increasing day by day. In the construction of Healthy China,nurses play a pivotal role. At present,nurses are faced with the problems of low self-recognition and low satisfaction with career development due to the pressure of medical work. Feedback seeking behavior enables nurses to obtain meaningful information through feedback to improve their behavior,emotions and promote career development. We summarize the concept of feedback seeking behavior,measuring tools,current situation and influencing factors,furthermore,discuss the existing problems and the future research direction of the research field of nurse feedback seeking behavior in China,in order to provide a reference basis for further enhancing the level of nurse feedback seeking behavior.
