摘要
目的:探究玉泉丸合生脉散联合二甲双胍片治疗气阴两虚证2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及心血管主要危险因素的影响。方法:选择104例气阴两虚证T2DM患者,依照随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。研究组在对照组的基础上采用玉泉丸合生脉散治疗,对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后气阴两虚证中医症候评分、糖代谢指标,比较两组弗明汉高危危险评分(FRS)、临床疗效以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)水平比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组治疗后,2hPBG、HbAlc水平均低于治疗前(均P<0.05),且研究组更低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的气阴两虚证中医症候评分比治疗前低(P<0.05),且研究组更低(P<0.05);研究组中高危FRS心血管主要危险因素发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉泉丸合生脉散联合二甲双胍片治疗气阴两虚证T2DM患者,可改善患者的临床症状,调节糖代谢,减少中高危FRS心血管主要危险因素发生率。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yuquan pills and Shengmai powder combined with metformin tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and the influence of major cardiovascular risk factors.Methods:A total of 104 T2DM patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number method,with 52 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Yuquan pills and Shengmai powder on the basis of the control group,and the control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The Chinese medicine syndrome scores and glucose metabolism indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The main cardiovascular risk factors,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during the treatment period of the two groups of Framingham high risk risk(FRS)were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)content,and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2hPBG)content between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of 2hPBG and HbAlc in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05)and lower in the study group(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the study group lower(P<0.05).The incidence of major cardiovascular risk factors for high-risk FRS in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group is lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during the medication period(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yuquan pill combined with Shengmai powder combined with metformin tablets in the treatment of T2DM patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin has a significant effect.It can improve patients’clinical symptoms,regulate glucose metabolism,reduce the incidence of major cardiovascular risk factors for medium and high-risk FRS.
