基于负荷综合权值的配电网孤岛划分策略 被引量:9

摘要 提出一种基于负荷综合权值的孤岛划分策略。采用熵值法和最优-最劣法(best-worst method,BWM)对负荷进行评价以得到负荷的客、主观权值,并通过相对熵耦合负荷客、主观权值以进一步求出负荷综合权值;对各负荷相对于不同DG的重要程度进行排序,并依据此排序将负荷纳入DG形成的孤岛中。通过IEEE-69节点配电网系统进行验证,结果表明:所提孤岛划分策略能够有效地保证配电网中重要负荷的供电可靠性并减少了线路损耗。 When the superior power grid fails,the distribution network with distributed generation(DG)should form a power island to ensure that power supply can be supplied to part of the load continuously.However,how to reflect the comprehensive importance of load in the system and consider the user’s preference for various load attributes is one of challenges faced in the islanding partition.Therefore,this paper proposes an islanding strategy based on load comprehensive weight.Firstly,the entropy method and the best-worst method(BWM)are used to evaluate the load to obtain the objective and subjective weight of the load,and the comprehensive weight of the load are further obtained by coupling the objective and subjective weights of the load with relative entropy.Secondly,the importance of each load relative to different DGs is ranked,and the load is included in the island formed by DGs according to the ranking.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified by the distribution network based the IEEE 69-bus system.
