摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是动脉粥样硬化形成导致心肌缺血缺氧的疾病,最新研究表明表皮生长因子NRG1及其下游受体ERBB组成的NRG1-ERBB通路不仅可以改善心肌供血、促进心肌细胞再生、减轻内质网压力和改善内质网应激、还可以改善缺血再灌注损伤。大量前期动物实验已经证明了在缺血心肌细胞中,NRG1-ERBB通路可以明显改善心肌损伤,对受损的心肌细胞有明显的修复作用。文章将从实验动物研究进展、中医药研究进展、NRG1调节内质网压力和内质网应激、NRG1疗法的临床试验进展四个方面进行梳理,对NRG1-ERBB通路的国内外最新信息进行研究,以为后续实验研究打基础。另外针对NRG1疗法明显的不良反应,适当引入中医药治疗,不仅可以缓解不良反应,也为进一步研究中医中药治疗冠心病提供新思路。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a disease of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia caused by atherosclerosis. Recent studies show that Nrg1-Erbb pathway composed of epidermal growth factor NRG1 and its downstream receptor ERBBcan not only improve myocardial blood supply, promote myocardial cell regeneration, reduce endoplasmic reticulum pressure and stress, but also improve ischemia-reperfusion injury. A large number of previous animal experiments have proved that Nrg1-Erbb pathway can significantly improve myocardial injury and repair the damaged cardiomyocytes. In this paper, the latest information of Nrg1-Erbb pathway at home and abroad were studied from four aspects: experimental animal research progress, traditional Chinese medicine research progress, NRG1 regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress, and clinical trial progress of NRG1 therapy. In addition, in view of the obvious side effects of NRG1 therapy, the appropriate introduction of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can not only alleviate the side effects, but also provide new ideas for the further study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
