摘要
目的研究高压氧联合针灸治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法于合肥市第二人民医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中,随机选取92例作为研究对象。随机分为两组,均常规进行吞咽功能训练,对照组同时予以针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合采用高压氧治疗。观察两组患者的各项评分、治疗情况、康复情况。结果观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、吞咽功能、营养不良率、感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分、有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组营养支持、自主进食、出院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高压氧联合针灸治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍,有利于改善患者神经功能,促进吞咽功能恢复,促使自主进食,减少营养支持以及住院时间,此外还可预防营养不良,降低感染率,提高有效率,可帮助改善患者预后,提升生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after acute stroke.Methods Among the patients with dysphagia after acute stroke admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from October 2019 to October 2020,92 cases were randomly selected as samples and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received routine swallowing function training,and the control group received acupuncture at the same time.The observation group was combined with HBOT on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The scores,treatment effect,and recovery of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS),swallowing function,malnutrition rate,and infection rate in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The short form 36(SF-36)score and effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nutritional support,autonomous eating,and discharge time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of HBOT combined with acupuncture to treat dysphagia after acute stroke contributes to improving nerve function,promoting the recovery of swallowing function and autonomous eating,reducing nutritional support and hospitalization time.In addition,it can also prevent malnutrition,reduce infection rate and im prove effective rate,and it can help im prove the prognosis of patients and the quality of life.
