黄精“九蒸九晒”炮制工艺对降血糖活性的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 黄精的医用和炮制历史极其悠久。清代时黄精的"九蒸九晒"炮制法逐渐成为主流,黄精在蒸晒过程中,所含物质和成分会发生物理和化学方面的变化,尤其是所含的多糖成分变化较大,且会生成5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF),临床研究认为其具有降血糖、抗氧化、改变血流变性和保护神经等效用,现已成为中药炮制原理研究的活性成分。为更好地总结黄精"九蒸九晒"炮制过程中多糖成分及5-HMF含量的变化,因此对黄精"九蒸九晒"炮制工艺对降血糖活性的影响展开探讨,希望能够为黄精的炮制工艺和临床用药提供一定的参考。 Polygonatum has a long history of medical treatment and processing. In the Qing Dynasty,the"nine steaming and drying"processing method of Polygonatum gradually became the mainstream. During the steaming and drying process of Polygonatum,the substances and components contained in it would undergo physical and chemical changes,especially the polysaccharides contained in it.,And produce 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural( 5-HMF),clinical studies believe that it has the equivalent effects of lowering blood sugar,anti-oxidation,changing blood rheology and protecting nerves,and has become an active ingredient in the study of principles of traditional Chinese medicine processing. In order to better summarize the changes in polysaccharide composition and 5-HMF content during the processing of Polygonatum"Nine-steamed and dried"processing,we will discuss the effect of processing technology of "Nine-steamed and nine-dried Polygonatum"on the hypoglycemic activity,and hope that it can be used for the processing technology of Polygonatum. Provide a certain reference with clinical medication.
