摘要
目的:探究槐杞黄颗粒应用于儿童支气管哮喘急性发作患者治疗的疗效及其作用机理。方法:选取2018年10月~2020年1月于某院就诊的儿童支气管哮喘急性发作患儿共80例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予以抗炎平喘等对症治疗,观察组同时加用槐杞黄颗粒治疗,对比两组患者用药前后总体治疗有效率、肺功能指标、细胞因子[免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白介素4(IL-4)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)]变化情况及两组患者用药期间不良反应发生率差异。结果:经90d治疗后,观察组总体治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),1s用力呼气量(FEV 1)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平与FEV 1/FVC高于对照组,血清IgE及IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组间不良反应发生情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒应用于支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿的治疗时,可发挥抗炎、改善免疫功能的效果,进而改善肺功能,对总体治疗有效率的提高起到积极作用,同时安全性得到保障。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and action mechanism of Huaiqihuang granule on acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma who were diagnosed in the hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group(40 cases in each group)by random number table method.The control group was given anti inflammatory,anti-asthma and other symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Huaiqihuang granules.The changes of overall treatment efficiency,lung function indexes,cytokines[immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin 4(IL-4),interferonγ(IFN-γ)]before and after treatment,and difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups.Results:After 90d of treatment,the overall treatment efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),levels of forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV 1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV 1/FVC were higher than those in control group,levels of serum IgE and IL-4 were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and IFN-γlevel was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of children with acute attack of bronchial asthma can play the effect of anti-inflammatory,improve immune function,and then improve lung function,which plays a positive role in the improvement of the overall treatment efficiency,and at the same time the safety is guaranteed.
