摘要
张家港市第四水厂以长江水为原水,采用混凝沉淀超滤纳滤的双膜深度处理工艺,日处理规模为20万m^(3),出水水质远优于国家《生活饮用水卫生标准标准》(GB 5749-2006)和地方标准《江苏省城市自来水厂关键水质指标控制标准》(DB32/T 3701-2019).水厂核心单元纳滤系统结合超滤预处理表现出优越的工艺性能,能去除常规工艺难以去除的有机污染物,提供高品质饮用水.水厂在纳滤水厂建设、设备安装调试、工艺稳定运行等方面开展了大量的实践工作.
Zhangjiagang No.4 drinking water plant in Jiangsu province adopted the dual-mem-brane advanced treatment process of“coagulation-sedimentation-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration”after pumping from the Yangtze River as raw water with daily treatment capacity of 2 × 10^(5) m^(3).The quality of effluent was much better than the requirements of the national standard GB 5749—2006 and Jiangsu provincial local standard DB32/T 3701—2019.The nanofiltration combined with ultrafiltration in water plant shown superior operational performance,which could remove organic pollutants that were difficult for conventional methods to provide high quality drinking water.The water treatment plant has carried out lots of practical work in the aspects of the construction of nanofiltration plants,installation and debugging of equipment and stable operation of treatment techniques.
